Here’s one of my all time favorite hamstring exercises, and one I rarely get a chance to do because it only works on a slippery floor. Thanks to the magic of Airbnb, I actually have one this week so I have been taking full advantage and scootching myself around like this at every opportunity (and for as long as my legs hold out - this is no joke!) ➡️ You need a blanket and a smooth floor area. ➡️ Set yourself up with your head and body on the blanket, and feet on the floor about hip width apart.
