Hi Everyone, Today we are making Asam Pedas, adapted this recipe from Kak @yatiekitchen. I hv tried many asam pedas recipe over the years, but this remain my fav. I love asam pedas thr has balanced flavour. Savoury, spicy, tangy and a hint of sweetness from gula melaka, with mild kesum leaf and bunga kantan smell. Usually I wont add bunga kantan as Im not a fan of the smell, but I added one today, not too bad to be honest. My fav fish for asam pedas is jenahak, didnt manage to get it today, usin
