At approximately 12:30 today, PFD recieved a 911 call reporting a dog that had fallen through the ice at Melville Pond. Car 3, Engine 1, Rescue 1, Rescue 2 responded along with PPD. Fire personnel utilized ice rescue equipment to retrieve the dog, which was reunited with its owner a short time after.
