Denny wrote this song, ‘Below The Waterline’, about his relationship with Paul McCartney. It’s never been released, but Denny would sing it to me at home frequently. When he explained the lyrics, and the way he sang it, I told him he should add it to his ‘Songs and Stories’ show. Denny hesitated and tried talking himself out of not doing it because the fans never heard it before and they may not like it. I told him the fans would love it because it’s a good song. After he added it to his setlist
