Video released by the Tennessee Highway Patrol shows the moment authorities rescued a woman who was considering jumping from a bridge in Sullivan County the day after Christmas. The woman "was in a dark place," police said, urging people to text or call 988 if they are struggling. “This time of year can be especially hard,” Tennessee Highway Patrol said. “Many people are carrying things no one else can see. Stress, grief, loneliness, and fear can pile up fast. That does not mean someone is weak.
