My favorite way to make meatloaf doesn’t involve measurements. I just follow my heart and adjust as I go! Start with 1 pound of ground beef and season it well. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce, some panko breadcrumbs, one egg, a couple tablespoons of milk, and a little ketchup. Don’t add too many breadcrumbs, or your meatloaf will dry out. Mix everything together, then adjust as needed. You want the mixture to be moist but firm enough to hold its shape. Sh
