Recommendations : Good Pathophysiology Book please.
Feb 25, 2009 · The Lange book is similar, although a little less detailed. I would say it is probably the best book for the student wanting to solidify pathophysiology before step 1. I thought that boards and wards book does not give adequate explanations of pathophys. After that, I would go with Harrisons. 0.

Mar 12, 2008 · Cowell & Tyler's Diagnostic Hematology and Cytology of the Dog and Cat is a good combo blood/cyto book, it just doesn't go into quite as much detail as Harvey and Raskin's books. For general overviews, I'd probably recommend Cowell&Tyler plus Thrall. They will cover most things you'd do as a GP.

There is a Gray's Anatomy for Students and a Gray's Atlas.

Feb 16, 2018 · On a lighter note. I think way too many people are prescribed anti depressants. Many fat people who eat too much. The dsm criteria of depression has changed since the 1980s. Dsm 2? In the 1980s includes WEIGHT LOSS as part of depression. Yet many people who write the dsm are brought out by drug manufacturers. So as Americans get fatter and fatter.
