Aug 1, 2024 · I have tried with no avail. The advice I have been give is to try on another pc. I think it is my pc blocking a file from being loaded which will prevent the app to load.

Downloaded the XG5000 software, did normal install. cannot connect to PLC. Went through documentation and videos on how to connect and create a new project, still cannot connect.
