For 2025-2026, first-year students will reside in one of several residence halls. The East Quad will consist of Hanson and Patrick halls. Paul, Rice, Stevens, and Stine halls will comprise the West Quad. Hanson Hall has four floors and houses 148 first-year students.

Formerly a motel, there are 15 rooms in Lahm Hall with one Residential Education student staff member (Community Advisor) living in one of the rooms. Each room in Lahm Hall has dedicated heating and air conditioning and tiled floors.

Residential rooms are equipped with single beds, desks, desk chairs, dressers, closet space, window shades, mattresses, and trash and recycling containers. Residents may arrange furniture within their rooms in a reasonable and safe manner; providing that all furniture is returned to its original location when the space is vacated.
