The Tennessee Titans have secured the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, placing them in prime position to shape the future of their franchise

Almost two years ago — on Jan. 15, 2023 — Giants co-owner John Mara crowed about his team winning a wild-card playoff game in Minnesota. “We’re back,” he declared. The Giants still have not won 10 games since then.

Tennessee will be followed by the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants in the top three. The New England Patriots, who entered Week 18 in the No. 1 spot, slid to No. 4 after defeating the Buffalo Bills in their finale. The Jacksonville Jaguars round out the top five after losing to the Colts.

Sanders — Colorado’s brash, polarizing quarterback — saw a camera pointing at him. And he loves attention, embracing the spotlight so gleefully that he has made a habit of flashing his $70,000 wristwatch in opponents’ faces.

During an appearance on "The Rich Eisen Show," NFL Media's Tom Pelissero said it's possible that Sanders isn't even the first quarterback taken. Some NFL teams don't have a first-round grade on Sanders, partly because of how his final game went in Colorado's loss to BYU in the Alamo Bowl.
