A federal judge in Massachusetts granted a temporary restraining order against a provision in President Donald Trump's recently passed tax and policy megabill that would deny Planned Parenthood and its member organizations Medicaid funding for one year for non-abortion health services.

Planned Parenthood is suing the Trump administration over the “big beautiful biil” defunding its health care services, arguing the provision will have devastating consequences across the country.

A judge partially froze a provision of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act just days after President Trump signed it into law.
