Bears GM Ryan Poles is wooing Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson. So is Tom Brady, who owns 5% of the Raiders. Only one of them, though, will have an open microphone and a captive audience Saturday night.

Two more voices have come out discussing Ben Johnson's pursuit of a head coaching position and they don't paint a good picture for the Bears of overtaking the Raiders for the win.

After former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel agreed to a deal to be the next coach of the New England Patriots, Johnson becomes the most sought after name of all available candidates. For Waddle, he believes there is no better answer to the Bears' coaching woes than Johnson, especially from an offensive standpoint.
