A comedian from Mechanicsburg will host “Saturday Night Live” for a second time next week. Shane Gillis, the star and co-creator of the series “Tires," which returns this year for its second season on Netflix, will host on Saturday, March 1.

How featuring the rushed and imperfect work of brilliant, stressed-out comics made SNL a comedy bastion.

The Mechanicsburg native, who was hired and quickly fired as a cast member in 2019, first hosted the show last February.
