The granting of a DNAA in Najib Razak’s SRC money laundering case raises serious questions about selective justice, prosecutorial consistency, and political memory.

KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has been discharged without being acquitted (DNAA) of three counts of money laundering involving RM27mil linked to SRC International Sdn Bhd.

The request for a DNAA was made by Najib’s lead lawyer, Shafee Abdullah, and the court has fixed Jan 19 for deputy public prosecutor Ashrof Adrin Kamarul to respond.
