SEATTLE (March 1, 2026) — Today, Seattle Kraken General Manager Jason Botterill announced that the team has signed forward Ryden Evers to a three-year entry-level contract ($1.075M AAV) starting in the 2026-27 season.

Captain Jordan Eberle, who tallied on a breakaway in the second period, appeared to score a power-play goal at 11:56 of the third when he took a pass in the left-wing corner, skated to the front of the net and stuffed the puck past the Canucks' goaltender and just inside the far post.

Ryden Evers is the latest WHLer to sign an entry-level contract. The Penticton Vees forward inked his three-year deal on Sunday with the Seattle Kraken. Evers was not drafted into the NHL and was signed by the Kraken as an unrestricted free agent.
