Planned Parenthood filed a lawsuit Monday against the Trump administration over a provision in the newly enacted One Big Beautiful Bill Act that prevents the abortion provider from receiving Medicaid reimbursements from the government.

Planned Parenthood is suing the Trump administration over the “big beautiful biil” defunding its health care services, arguing the provision will have devastating consequences across the country.

Forty-percent of Planned Parenthood patients in Massachusetts are on Medicaid, meaning the health center is slated to lose $14 million annually.
