The Tennessee Titans are closing in on hiring a new General Manager and in my eyes, Green Bay Packers VP of Player Personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan is the best candidate for the job. Sullivan has everything the Titans are looking for.

The Tennessee Titans wrapped up a third straight day of interviews Thursday in the second round of their search for a general manager, meeting with Tampa Bay assistant general manager John Spytek and Green Bay Packers executive Jon-Eric Sullivan.

On Tuesday, Packers vice president of player personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan spoke to the team about the role. He is the 14th candidate to interview since Jets owner Woody Johnson fired Joe Douglas in November.
