An official emulator from Microsoft could be in the works, allowing original Xbox and Xbox 360 games to run on PCs.

The Xbox Backwards Compatibility Program is set to return this year, and there's a good chance it includes original Xbox and Xbox 360 games coming to PC.

You can plug in your phone, download an emulator, or install the Google Play Store to access Android apps on your computer. Some tinkering may be required.
