An American accused of sexually assaulting a Pennsylvania college student in 2013 and later sending her a Facebook message that said “So I raped you” was extradited Thursday from France to the United States.
According to an arrest warrant, Ian Cleary texted the victim, “So I raped you. I’ll never do it to anyone ever again," in December 2019.
