According to the monthly temperature outlook issued on Nov. 30 by the National Weather Service’s Climate Prediction Center, New York is generally forecast to feature particularly cold conditions this month.
On Wednesday at 12:36 p.m. the National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory valid from 9 p.m. until Thursday 4 p.m. for Oswego, Jefferson and Lewis counties.
