Customers who bought any flavor or package size of Poppi soda from Jan. 23, 2020, to July 18, 2025, are eligible for payment. Those who can provide proof of purchase can receive 75 cents per can, $3 per four-pack, $6 per eight-pack and $9 per 12- or 15-pack. Payments could vary depending on the number of claims filed.

Eligible consumers can receive cash back depending on the amount of Poppi products they bought. You have until Sept. 16 to submit your claim.

Poppi consumers who kept their receipts can get up to 75 cents per can, $3 per four-pack, $6 per eight-pack, and $9 for 12- or 15-packs. Those without proof can claim up to $16 per household.
