Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Aaron Nola's first start after returning from the injured list didn't last long.

The Philadelphia Phillies placed three-time All-Star pitcher Zack Wheeler on the 15-day injured list Saturday due to a blood clot located near his right shoulder.
