There’s also a performance N version coming that’s based on Hyundai’s RN22e concept, revealed in 2022. Hyundai says it will be a “true high-performance electrified streamliner” that looks sportier with a black painted rear. The Ioniq 6 N will be fully revealed in July.

The new Hyundai Ioniq 6 features an all-new front end with an elevated hood and what Hyundai calls a "shark-nose design." Gone are the previous version's large headlights, replaced with a pair of slim daytime running lights above and the actual headlamps hidden in the bodywork below.

The updated 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 6 was just unveiled at the Seoul Mobility Show, and it bears more than a passing resemblance to the RN22e concept from 2022. Yet while its front end was slippery before, it's clearly even more streamlined now. Gone is the old double-decker spoiler, replaced by a new ducktail unit that's an improvement in every way.

Jose Munoz, co-CEO of Hyundai Motor , said on Thursday there were no plans to raise prices in the United States at this time in response to U.S. tariffs.

Hyundai CEO José Muñoz said the US is a "very important market" where it needs to "offer a competitive product."

Analysts expect that the new tariffs will add approximately $3,000 to the price of US-made cars, and up to $6,000 on cars made in Mexico and Canada
