Two people were arrested after a man was fatally shot during an apparent road rage incident inside a Walmart parking lot in Northwest Albuquerque on Wednesday.

Police are investigating a fatal shooting as a possible justifiable homicide following a dispute near a Walmart in northwest Albuquerque. One person, identified as Terrence Lowe, has died from the shooting.

A man facing charges in connection to the deadly shooting in a Walmart parking lot on Wednesday made his first appearance in court Friday afternoon. Kendall Lowe is facing five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
