Kids at the ilani resort in Ridgefield dove in to take part in the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson Thursday afternoon.

COWLITZ INDIAN RESERVATION — Clark County kiddos made a big splash Thursday at ilani hotel’s pool for the 16th annual World’s Largest Swimming Lesson.

The Swim for Life Program has existed since 2016, focusing on one goal: to help decrease the number of drownings in the community. This year, the goal is to sign up 500 kids for free swim Lessons.
