TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police are investigating after a 31-year-old man was shot and killed at Schlegel Park around 12:45 p.m.
Matthew Hall was convicted in 2021 of Accessory to a Felony after he served as the getaway driver for David Ware.
The Tulsa Police Department has disciplined six officers after incidents where they were suspected of driving under the influence since 2016.
