The sirens will sound once for three minutes at 9:50 a.m., Franklin County Emergency Management said. It will replace the weekly test at noon.

The drill will take the place of the weekly Wednesday noon outdoor warning siren test.

Counties and municipalities will be activating tornado sirens during the test, although participation is voluntary.
