An earthquake rattled Los Angeles hours after the Academy Awards ceremony wrapped up in Hollywood, according to reports.

A light, 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck in Southern California on Sunday, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The authorities said there were no initial reports of damage from the quake, which struck in the hills west of Malibu.
