The Athletic's NFL playoff simulator finds betting value in three teams' futures odds. Read to see where the value lies.

All 32 NFL teams are in action in Week 13, as there are three Thanksgiving Day games to dive into and a Black Friday matchup to keep football on all week long.

Again, according to NFL.com, the Eagles currently have a 21% chance of getting the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs. Only the Rams (9-2) have a better chance, at 54%. It should be noted that the Eagles beat the Rams 33-26 on Sept. 21, so the Eagles would have the first tiebreaker should both teams finish with the best record in the NFC.

The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up well over $7,000 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception. The model entered Week 14 on a 49-33 run on top-rated picks dating back to 2024. Anybody following its NFL betting picks at sportsbooks and on betting sites could have seen strong returns.
