Yu Sakamoto beat Riley Rayome of North Central 4-3 to win the 117-pound crown and clinch the team title for McKendree on Saturday at the inaugural NCAA women’s wrestling championships.

Four Tennessee divers qualified for the NCAA Championships on Monday, the second day of the Zone B Championships in Athens, Georgia. Two Vols and two Lady Vols posted qualifying scores. Desharne Bent-Ashmeil and Lynae Shorter qualified in the three-meter competition after qualifying for the one-meter for the Lady Vols on Sunday.
