Classic ketchup is on there ... but it's entirely a Belgian creation. Sauce andalouse is made with mayo, lemon juice, tomato paste, minced onions, and red and green peppers.

We think of ketchup as a thick red sauce, but it was something pretty different in the beginning. It originated as a thin soy sauce made from fermented fish most likely from a region called Tonkin ...

And then there are french fries and ketchup ... And in Belgium, they're usually eaten with mayonnaise. Of course, there are numerous dipping sauces for fries, from Utah fry sauce to comeback ...
