The severity of Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts’ left knee injury is a major concern heading into Sunday’s NFC Championship Game at home against the Washington Commanders. Hurts, who practiced every day this week, told reporters on Friday that his knee is getting better, but he still plans on wearing a brace against the Commanders.

One of those hits left him with a hobbled knee. He seems to have avoided a major injury, but when asked whether he was OK by Melissa Stark on the broadcast, Hurts replied “I finished the game,” which won’t leave Eagles fans with a ton of confidence out there.

But it won't be easy with the streaking Washington Commanders, who they're very familiar with as division rivals, coming to town on Sunday.

Hurts, who took seven sacks during Sunday’s 28-22 Divisional Round victory against the Rams, was seen walking into the tunnel to the locker room in a video by Yahoo Sports’ Jori Epstein, seemingly in some discomfort as an NFL staffer guides him with a hand on his back.

While Hurts suffered an injury against that Rams that has limited him this week, he did indicate that he was making progress ahead of the NFC championship game against the Commanders.
