Oregon State Police on Tuesday released details of a crash on U.S. Highway 20 west of Sisters Monday morning that killed a 63-year-old St. Helens man.

4 PM UPDATE: Skiatook Police say that both directions of Highway 20 are back open after flooding forced the closure. Authorities say Highway 11 south of 5th Street is still closed.
