Reportedly, Activision Blizzard is coordinating with cheat developers to limit the campaign’s impact and provide security instructions to holders of compromised accounts.

To further protect player accounts, Activision recently introduced a new Account Linking policy. Now, players must verify ownership when trying to link a new PC account to an Activision ID.
