UPDATE: Winter storm leaves thousands of Appalachian Power customers in the dark
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — As of 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, more than 90,000 Appalachian Power customers are still without power, following Tuesday's winter storm. Franklin County is one of the hardest hit regions, with more than 20,000 customers still in the dark.
