A series of storm systems sweeping across Upstate New York this week are likely to bring more snow, high winds and potentially blinding snow squalls. By the time it’s all over, another foot or more of snow could fall on the Tug Hill Plateau and in Western New York.

With forecasts anticipating a small snowstorm hitting Massachusetts early on Wednesday, it’s likely to be over before or as people hit the road to work. Snowfall should start increasing from west to east beginning at between 10 p.
