The Chicago Bears are acquiring center Garrett Bradbury from the New England Patriots for a 2027 fifth-round pick, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported on Friday.
In addition to Dalman’s retirement, the Bears also acquired wide receiver DJ Moore and a 2026 fifth-round pick from the Bills in exchange for a 2026 second-rounder on Thursday. Chicago also released two-time Pro Bowl linebacker Tremaine Edmunds to create an extra $15 million in cap space for the team.
Defensive tackles Milton Williams and Khyiris Tonga, edge rushers Harold Landry and K’Lavon Chaisson, cornerback Carlton Davis III, linebacker Robert Spillane, wide receivers Stefon Diggs and Mack Hollins, and offensive lineman Morgan Moses and Garrett Bradbury all played a role in the Patriots surprising turnaround.
