A 36-year-old Forest Hill mother was killed by "stray bullets" in her backyard on Saturday night, police said. Police were called to the 3900 block of Frisco Ave. around 7:15 p.m. where they found Marie Marisela Trujillo-Camarillo and her brother in the home's backyard.

Two people are dead and another is critically injured after a shooting Friday afternoon at a car dealership on Mansfield Highway in Forest Hill, police said. Forest Hill officers responded to the scene about 3:30 p.m., found the three victims and immediately began lifesaving measures, according to a statement from Police Chief David Hernandez.

Forest Hill police are investigating after three people were shot near an auto business, leaving two dead. NBC 5’s Candace Sweat has the story. Two people died of gunshot wounds Friday afternoon following an incident in the 5200 block of Mansfield Highway near Loop 820, according to Forest Hill police.

Police said the shooting appears to be isolated and not related to an earlier fatal shooting on Mansfield Highway.

Investigators are evaluating whether to file additional charges in connection with the shooting at RK Auto Sales, police said.
