President Donald Trump is celebrating the end of CBS’s “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.” “I absolutely love that Colbert got fired,” he wrote on Truth Social. “His talent was even less than his ratings.

Stephen Colbert announced at the Thursday evening taping of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” that his show would be canceled at the end of the season.

Plus, the Republican-led House passed a $9 billion package that includes spending cuts to NPR and PBS, as well as foreign aid. Donald Trump is expected to sign the measure.

“I absolutely love that Colbert got fired,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Friday morning. “His talent was even less than his ratings. I hear Jimmy Kimmel is next. Has even less talent than Colbert! [Fox News late night host] Greg Gutfeld is better than all of them combined, including the Moron on NBC who ruined the once great Tonight Show.”
