"I recently had my 20+ year old dining table resurfaced and refinished by Furniture Medic. Unfortunately, it took them three different attempts to deliver a satisfactory result. The first two attempts failed because of multiple defects in the applied finish layer. In 11 months after the final delivery, a new defect had been developed - the swelling at the seam where the leaf meets the table. It was visible in multiple places.\nThe explanation from Furniture Medic was that it was caused by moisture. I reject the possibility of getting the table surface wet since it has not been used for anything other than decoration since the last repair. Of course, it would be possible to get moisture from the room air, but what would be the quality of the applied finish and overall work and craftsmanship if this is the case?\nFurniture Medic refused to repair the defect under warranty. The company customer service was not responsive to my requests to repair the defect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.\n\nPros:\n* The technicians were friendly and professional.\n* The company was quick to respond to my initial request for service.\nCons:\n* The quality of the work was poor.\n* The company refused to honor the warranty.\n* The customer service was unresponsive.\nOverall:\nI was very disappointed with the service I received from Furniture Medic. The work was done poorly, the warranty was not honored, and the customer service was unresponsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"Mark did a great job in fixing our recliner. I highly recommend Furniture Fixology! He was diligent in finding a part that was hard to find and made the trips out here to make sure all new parts were working to satisfaction."
