"The front desk personnel on duty around 8pm on the 8th August 2024 was very rude .I was not ever humiliated in all my hotel stay, only in this hotel. Customer service at its worst. I will not ever return to this hotel ever nor I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends and relations."

"This hotel needs a MAJOR work up. The Internet was weak. I was even asked to go to the lobby if o wanted a stable signal. The noise/bass beats coming from the bars beside permeate into your room till the wee hours esp during weekends. The sink wasn’t properly working. Plated breakfast was ok but could be better and tastier. Had an issue with the complimentary water. I was charged for consuming the water that wasn’t free after all. It was only explained upon checking out. No clear signs that such could be chargeable and it wasn’t explained during the slow, tedious check in process. If you ask me if I would return to this hotel or even recommend it. The answer is a big NO!"
