"I went to roses today todo a little shopping but noticed that was just as hot in there as it was outside ( maybe a 10 degree difference ) mind you it's 90+ in Columbus Ohio. but the one thing that really concerned me was that there was open wires with water dripping from them . I felt unsafe so I got what I had in my cart that was 10 dollars in dog food and left, because of that. in all reality that store has gone down hill and needs major maintenance and repairs. it's not fair to the works and the customers to be in that kind of environment."

"I have really enjoyed roses since I started shopping there but yesterday I bought a mattress topper but when I opened it up I saw it was stained. I attempted to return it today and they refused stating it had been used when I had purchased it literally the night before! I will not be funding these (profanity removed) stains any longer."
