Cubism has a free version of the software. It has limitations of course, but there IS a limited version of the software that you can use. It is plenty good enough for learning the rigging process and for making some simple-to-medium-complexity models.
So yeah- does the premium version of Live2D Cubism really make that much of a difference? I'm not exactly looking to make anything immaculate, let alone commission something that's very busy on the eyes.
Most of the work is done in Live2D Cubism, but if you don't know how to set up properly the model on Vtube Studio all the hard work would be kinda wasted no? Are you trying to open .moc3 and model3.json files in the Cubism Viewer? Or are you trying to open them in the Cubism Editor? For Editor, you will need the .cmo3 file. Editor cannot open exported model files (.moc3/etc) When installing Cubism, both the Editor and Viewer are installed

Manual contains very little information about the AE plugin and how to install it... I have tried install multiple versions and only installed one (Cubism 4 AE R1 plugin), but it doesn't seem to work and my AE 2019 keeps crashing. When I try to install any other version, I get a blank popup and I can't do anything about it.
